The most common questions about our ironing packs.

What counts as one "piece"?

Each individual item: one shirt, one pair of pants, one skirt, one dress, one t-shirt, one bed sheet. Sets count per piece (e.g., a 2-piece pyjama = 2 units).

Can I mix clothing types in the same pack?

Yes. The pack is based on the total number of pieces, not type. We iron shirts, pants, dresses, sheets — anything that needs ironing.

What if the clothes need washing first?

Add our Laundry service to the cart as well. We handle everything in the same pickup.

Delivered on hangers or folded?

Your choice. Let us know on WhatsApp if you prefer hangers for shirts/dresses, or everything folded in a bag.

How long does it take?

Typically 24–48h after pickup. For urgent needs, see our Express service.
